Yesterday it rained most of the day and I completed a few boat projects. Today the sun came out again and I took the dinghy to the Cochrane Islands early in the morning. There I hiked along a part of the Sunshine Coast Trail, which runs for 180 km along Malaspina Peninsula. Currently, the trail is only open for day hikes. I saw some bear scat, but no bears, nor did I meet any people.

In the afternoon I took the boat to Squirrel Cove on Cortes Island, a favourite anchorage. Now it is time to get dinner going, it will be an early night tonight, as I am rather tired.
